At DNT Optics Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.
Secure Packaging
Place the eyewear back in its original DNT Optics hard case and shipping box to ensure the frames are protected during transit.
Receive Your Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
